This community is the further east in Oakville and enjoys a remarkable proximity to many of Mississauga AND Oakvilles amenities. Most residents of Clearview love the location because of the access to transportation. It's minutes to Clarkson GO Station a full stop further east on the Lakeshore GO Line, not to mention easy access to the QEW and the 403. One of the most unique things about the community is a wonderful blend of many types of homes - from townhouses, to small link homes to huge four bedroom detached homes, causing many of the residents to move "up" not out.

 For a number of years the drawback in this area was schools, but more recently this active community has rallied for and got its own schools and is now home to two new Elementary Schools.
